Mango Ice Cream

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

2 ripe mangos

3/4 cup sugar

vanilla (optional)

I only know how to make ice cream with a machine, so if you have another method you may need to adjust your recipe, but I peeled and cut the mango into a large dice and pureed with some milk and heavy cream, then added the sugar and let sit in the fridge about two hours, then took the ice cream bucket out of the freezer, added it all together and let it rotate for about 25 minutes.
